ReefCam Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
ReefCam is an iPhone camera app that shows true coral colors under blue reef lights. It works entirely on your iPhone: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and it makes no network connections.
What ReefCam collects
Nothing. ReefCam does not collect, store on any server, sell or share any personal information. We can't see your photos, your settings or how you use the app.
Camera
ReefCam uses the camera to show the corrected picture live and to take photos. Camera frames are processed on your iPhone and never leave it.
Photos
When you take a photo or fix one from your library, ReefCam saves the corrected copy to a “ReefCam” album in your photo library. Photos you pick to fix are read on your iPhone only. ReefCam never changes or deletes your originals.
Settings and profiles
Your color settings, saved profiles and watermark are stored on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. Deleting the app deletes them.
Beta testing
If you test ReefCam through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send with the developer, under Apple's privacy policy. ReefCam itself adds nothing to this.
Children
ReefCam collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
